RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund of the product. You can return your purchase for up to 5 days from the purchase date.
If you would like to return an item(s), please contact us for a return authorization. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to send your order back to us. Returns received without an RMA will be refused and sent back to the customer.
Your refund will not include shipping charges previously paid for USPS First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, USPS Global Express Mail (International orders) or UPS shipping fees.
The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in resalable condition and all original packaging must be in place for full credit to be issued. No credit or exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Please do not include worn socks with your return. Refunds will not be issued for products that show accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer.
Within one week of us receiving your return at our warehouse that meets the requirements listed above, we will refund your credit card and send you an email stating that your return is complete. Credits normally take 5-7 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
Exchanges
You can exchange your purchase for up to 15 days from the purchase date. All product exchanges should include the original invoice and be mailed to the address noted below. Please provide a detailed explanation with your return of the product(s) that you would like in exchange.
